In this article, we'll explain every detail to help you get the most out of our platform's activities.
Within the Canvas, pipeline, or business management dashboard, you can view business-related activities much more easily and quickly.
How do activities work in DataCRM?
DataCRM, we use a color scheme that will allow you to manage and highlight changes in the Canvas more easily and dynamically:
Blue: Activity for today.
Yellow: Overdue activity
Green: Future activity.
Red: No activities
Additionally, you can create as many activities as you want. A business can have more than one assigned activity. This will help you better track your business.
For each business in your canvas or sales process, you'll find a colored box (gray, yellow, green, or red depending on the activity status). Clicking on it will display a list of activities you can perform on the business.
By clicking on any of the activities presented there, you can perform the following actions:
Activity: Create an activity within the business such as a call, email, or meeting.
WhatsApp: Schedule reminders within WhatsApp.
Comment: Add a comment to the business, either for follow-up questions or observations.
Mail: Send an email from the selected business.
Document: Upload the documents you want to the selected business.
Quotation: Create quotations within the business.
