1. Access to the opportunities list
To view your opportunities es in this new list view, there are two ways:
The first is that when you are in the opportunities module, click on the list icon in the top right corner and it will immediately take you to your opportunities es in list format, just like Excel!
The second way is by clicking on the "All" module , select "Opportunities" .
You'll be directed to a list of all the opportunities registered in your CRM, where you can edit them quickly and easily.
2. Opportunities View Features
From this new list view, you can edit the following fields without having to switch windows:
Opportunity name: Click the edit icon ✏ to edit it.
Related to: Select the ✏ icon and access the pop-up window to modify all the information in the customer summary view.
Contact Name: From here, you have access to different options:
Phone icon: Make calls directly with your PBX integrated with DataCRM.
WhatsApp icon: Contact your client immediately through this platform .
Edit icon ✏: Access a pop-up window to edit all the information in the contact summary view.
Sales stage fields like sales phase and deal origin: Easily edit them by clicking the edit icon ✏.
Expected close date, amount, and assigned to: Quickly edit these fields with the ✏ icon.
Opportunities timeline and activities
Eye icon: View a complete timeline of opportunities activities, such as calls you've made, meetings, comments, etc.
+ icon: Indicates scheduled activities, identified by colors, for better visual management:
Red: No activity assigned.
Yellow: Late activity.
Blue: Activity scheduled for today.
Green: Future activity.
Additionally, you can filter by the different statuses of your activities.
Mass opportunities editing
To edit multiple opportunities at once, first apply a filter to select only the ones you want to edit.
For example, you can filter by "Sales Stage" and select those that are "No Contact ." Once filtered, select the checkbox to select all visible opportunities..
Then, click the pencil icon in the top left corner and select "Edit." From there, you can change the sales phase to "Confirmation of paument" and save your changes quickly and efficiently.
Individual opportunities view in DataCRM
To access a specific opportunities view, simply click on the desired opportunities. A summary view will appear with the following options:
Actions:
Basic opportunities' information: At the top, you'll see the opportunities name, value, and associated contact and client.
Likewise, you will see the sales phase highlighted in blue.
You can click on any phase to change it or click the Win or Lose buttons as needed.
Opportunities Closure: You'll find two buttons, "Won" and "Lost." Click on the one you want to set your opportunities closure status.
Deal Closing Date: Click the calendar button below the 'Won' and 'Lost' buttons to select a new date.
3. View detailed information about a opportunity
To access a deal's details, simply click on it. A summary view of the deal's information will automatically appear. This will help you keep track of and update the flow of information you have with your client through the opportunities you maintain with them.
If you want to see the Business details, just click on the 'See more' button.
It will then take you to the sale with all the opportunities-specific information. If you've added fields to the opportunities, you'll be able to see them in this view.
If you want to know the related contacts , you must click on the 'See more' button.
A window will appear with a list of contacts related to the opportunities.
From there you can perform other actions such as selecting, adding, editing, and deleting contacts.
If necessary, you can edit the information found there by clicking the pencil. Clicking on the emails will open the compose screen. Clicking on a contact or client will take you to their detailed view.
4. Action history by opportunity
In the opportunities summary view, you can easily see the interactions you've had within the opportunities by clicking on 'Timeline'.
If you want to access each type of interaction separately, just click on each of the categories: Activities, Documents, Quotes, Products, Emails, Comments, and Updates. All of this is organized into a timeline so you can see what's happening and the specific date and time.
Details and information by category
In each tab, you'll find the filtered information. You can also add more actions.
Activities: You can see the ones you have planned, add as many as you need, and edit existing ones. You can also view the ones you've already completed.
Documents: You'll see the documents you've uploaded to the opportunities, as well as the ability to add more. On the card, you'll see the name, date, and time the document was added to the opportunities.
Quotes: You'll see the quotes you've generated from the opportunities' information, as well as an add button. On the card, you'll see the subject, value, status, and creation date and time.
Additionally, you have the option to edit and delete the quotes you have already created.
Product: You'll see the products associated with the opportunities. On the card, you'll see the name, date, and time the product was associated with the opportunities.
Sales rrders : You'll see the orders you've generated from your opportunities' information, as well as a button to add sales orders. On the card, you'll see the subject, value, status, and date and time the order was created.
You also have the option to edit and download orders you've already generated.
Emails: You'll be able to see the emails you've sent to the client, or that you've received from them. You can send an email from the "Add Record" button. In the email card, you'll see if it has attachments by displaying the green clip before the name of the person the email is being sent to, the subject, the body, and the date and time it was sent or received.
Comments : Notes you've left for yourself or your colleagues, which will make it easier to understand the opportunities process. You can add as many as you like. On the card, you'll see the comment you wrote, the user who wrote it, and the date and time it was written.
You'll find the pencil in case it needs to be edited. You can only edit those that have been created by your user.
Updates: Activity in the opportunities Any changes you make to the opportunities will be recorded in this view.
