In this article, you’ll learn step by step how to create new clients and contacts within the CRM using their respective modules. You’ll see how to properly organize information, link clients and contacts, and ensure all data is recorded for more efficient sales management.

1. Creating contacts

Log in to your CRM and follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Contacts' module.


  2. Click the 'Add contact' button.

  3. Complete the information on the registration form for the contact you wish to create.

    Remember that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and must be completed for successful registration.

  4. Click the 'Save' button and it will be saved in the CRM. You'll be able to verify it was created if it appears in the module's list of records.

2. Edit a contact's information

If you want to edit, change, or update a contact's information, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Contacts' module.

  2. Locate the contact you want to edit and click on the 'Edit' icon.

    The form will reopen in edit mode.

  3. Change or modify the information you want.

  4. Press the 'Save' button and the changes will be made successfully.

3. Delete a contact

You can delete a company record if you wish by logging into your CRM and following the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Contacts' module.

  2. Locate the contact you want to delete and click the 'Delete' icon.

    The system will ask you to confirm this action.

  3. Press the 'Yes' button.

    And the contact will have been successfully deleted.

4. Import contacts

If you want to upload a list of contacts to the CRM, you can do so.

Log in to the CRM and follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Contacts' menu.

  2. Press the 'Actions' button and then 'Import'.

    From there, click the button below to follow the step-by-step instructions on how to import a file into the CRM.

5. Export contacts

If you want to download the contact list from the CRM, you can do so.

Log in to the CRM and follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Contacts' menu.

  2. Select the contact or contacts you want to export by checking the box so that it appears with a blue check mark.

    If you want to download the entire list, check the first box. All contacts will be automatically selected.

  3. Press the 'Actions' button and then 'Export'.

  4. Select the export option of your interest

    • Export Selected Records: Download only the records you selected.

    • Export data from the current page: If you have a long list of orders divided into pages, you can select this option to download orders from a specific page.

    • Export all data: Download all recorded orders.

  5. Press the 'Export contacts' button and the list will be successfully downloaded to your computer in .CSV format.

  6. Click on the file and it will open in a spreadsheet with all the company columns and data.

  • How can I view detailed and summary information about a contact?

    To access a contact's detailed information, simply log in to the CRM and follow the instructions below:

    1. Click on the 'Contacts' module.

    2. Click on the name of the contact whose information you wish to view.

    All registration information will appear immediately.
